Software Quality Engineer (M/F)
Job description
We are currently looking for a QA Engineer (M/F) for our client in the financial sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions through manual and automated testing.
You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts and other team members throughout the development lifecycle.
What will you do?
Design, prepare and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing.
Test backend services, APIs and mobile applications.
Develop, maintain and execute automated tests.
Identify, investigate and report defects.
Analyze test results and contribute to improving test coverage and software quality.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in software testing and knowledge of testing methodologies.
Experience with manual and/or automated testing.
Knowledge of backend, API or mobile application testing.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team.
Good communication skills and fluent English.

Monitoring: Kibana, Grafana
Version control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions
Experience with Appium is considered an advantage.
