Project Manager (M/F)
Job description
Ableneo is growing, and we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) to join our consulting team. You will help drive the delivery of digital and transformation projects, coordinating teams, managing priorities and keeping projects on track from planning through delivery.
What will you do
Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones and priorities.
Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks and potential blockers.
Facilitate communication and alignment across different stakeholders.
Support teams in maintaining focus on project goals and agreed deliverables.
Prepare project updates and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status.
Help structure and improve project management and delivery processes.
Proactively identify issues and support the team in finding solutions.
Contribute to projects involving AI, digital transformation and other modern technologies.
Requirements
Previous experience in project management, project coordination or a similar role, ideally in IT, consulting or software delivery.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and keep track of deadlines and dependencies.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive approach and ability to identify and address potential issues.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
Interest in AI, digital transformation and new technologies.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Experience with software or digital projects is a plus.
Professional English (spoken and written).
