Junior Business Analyst (M/F)
Job description

As a Junior Business Analyst (M/F), you will work with clients to understand their needs, analyse how their business processes work and identify opportunities to improve, automate and make them more efficient.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants and technical teams, helping translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
What will you do
Gather information from clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, processes and challenges
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation and automation
Document business requirements, processes and findings in a clear and structured way
Map end-to-end business processes and create process diagrams and visualisations
Support the identification of AI and technology-driven solutions to address business needs
Prepare recommendations, presentations and other materials for clients
Communicate regularly with clients and project teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment
Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams throughout projects
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure and simplify complex information
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to ask questions, actively listen and understand different perspectives
Good written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
Interest in technology and how it can be used to solve business problems
Proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice to have
Previous experience with business analysis, process mapping or process documentation
Familiarity with business process modelling or visualisation tools
Experience with JIRA or similar tools
Basic understanding of process optimisation, automation or AI
