Senior Project Manager (M/F)
Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (M/F) to lead the delivery of AI and digital transformation projects. You'll coordinate multiple cross-functional teams, work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with a focus on quality.
What'll you do:
Lead the delivery of multiple AI and software projects across different industries.
Coordinate several small cross-functional teams (typically 4–5 people) working on parallel initiatives.
Plan project timelines, priorities, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Support teams in removing blockers and maintaining focus on project goals.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable way of working.
Continuously improve delivery processes and contribute to the evolution of our project management practices.
Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status.
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple software or digital projects simultaneously.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
Professional English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
Experience delivering AI, GenAI, chatbot, voicebot, or automation projects.
Experience in consulting or software delivery.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience working with enterprise clients in banking, telecommunications, insurance, or energy.
Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar).
