Job description

You will join ableneo's AI Automation team, building production automations on the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI) and on workflow automation platforms such as n8n. You combine workflow orchestration with LLMs and Azure AI services to automate processes that were previously manual or fragmented. Your work improves efficiency and effectiveness across finance, telecommunications, energy, and manufacturing.

This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong analytical and client-facing component. You own automations end to end: from understanding the client process, through building and evaluating the solution, to deploying it and supporting it in production.

What you will do

  • Work directly with clients to understand the processes selected for automation, elicit and refine requirements, and act as the business analyst for the AI solution.

  • Analyze inputs and data, then design and build automations on Power Platform and Azure AI, with orchestration through Power Automate and n8n.

  • Build document-processing pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence (extraction, classification, validation) for unstructured and semi-structured inputs.

  • Design LLM-based components using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search (retrieval-augmented generation), with strong prompting and context handling.

  • Query and work with databases to source, validate, and transform the data the automation depends on.

  • Integrate third-party systems both synchronously and asynchronously (APIs, queues, webhooks, events).

  • Define and run evaluation processes and evaluation protocols for AI solutions, so quality and reliability are measured rather than assumed.

  • Help clients deploy solutions and support them over time.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft cloud, particularly Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search). Relevant Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.

  • Experience building workflow automations in n8n (or a comparable platform such as Make, Zapier, Node-RED).

  • Scripting experience (Python or similar).

  • Strong prompting and context-handling skills for LLM-based solutions.

  • Database querying (SQL).

  • Experience with document processing.

  • Ability to integrate third-party systems synchronously and asynchronously.

  • Ability to design evaluation processes and protocols for AI solutions.

  • Business-analysis capability: you can run requirement discovery and refinement directly with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that let you see past the stated problem to the real one.

  • A client-centric mindset: you propose the most effective solution even when it means challenging the initial idea, and you give honest, value-driven advice to ensure the best outcome.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Dataverse, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.

  • Exposure to regulated industries (finance, telco, energy).

  • Experience with traditional RPA.
