Job description
We are looking for a Senior go to market Sales Director with the career path growing into a Country manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Czech market. With experience in selling technology-driven solutions and a strong interest in AI, software development, and digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business by selling advanced solutions in the AI field namely software development, consulting, and complex tailored solutions. Their target sectors will include banking, insurance, telecommunications, utility and potentially manufacturing. We have a very strong service portfolio and top tier references that can be transferred to the Czech branches of our current clients in Slovakia or Austria. This is a senior, hands-on role for a sales professional with a proven track record in complex solution selling and the ability to operate with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It is critical that the person brings their own network of B-1 B-2 or C-suite contacts to fast pace the start of their term. Based on overall business outcomes of the country a potential country leadership role is feasible as the next career step.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales with strong support from technical and delivery teams
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to design smart, customer-focused solutions
Proactively win new business and grow relationships with corporate clients in the Czech market
Engage with client stakeholders at management level, understanding their business challenges
Turn business needs into practical, value-driven technical scope
Contribute to the growth and market presence of the company in the Czech Republic
Thrive in a fast-moving environment that encourages learning and ownership of new trends and opportunities
Requirements
7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a tech or IT environment
Hands-on experience selling software, AI, data, or consulting solutions
Demonstrated success in achieving annual sales targets in the range of €1–3 million, with clear, measurable results
Strong technical curiosity and the ability to bridge business and technology
Experience working with corporate clients; exposure to regulated industries is a plus
Existing contacts or relationships within banking or insurance or telco or utility sector are a requirement
Confidence in managing sales opportunities from qualification to close, with team support
Genuine interest in AI and digital transformation, with a desire to keep intensively learning
Proactive, self-driven communicator with strong relationship-building skills
