About the Role
We are looking for a senior technical professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology.
As an AI Solution Designer, you will shape technical solutions before implementation begins by supporting business development activities, designing solution architectures, and ensuring realistic effort estimations and delivery plans.
This is not a purely technical nor purely commercial role. We are looking for someone who deeply understands modern technologies (AI & cloud in particular) and can confidently communicate with both clients and delivery teams.
Your Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
Prepare the technical part of commercial proposals:
Description of the proposed technical solution
High-level and detailed architecture design
Component and sequence diagrams
Understand client architecture, constraints, and expectations
Propose suitable AI and technology solutions aligned with client needs
Act as a technical partner during client discussions
Participation in Analytical Phases
You will actively contribute to early-stage project phases (e.g., automation, AI transformation, process redesign projects), delivering:
TO-BE process design
Target architecture design
Effort estimations (critical responsibility)
Implementation roadmap and phased delivery plan
Preparation of implementation proposals
Handover to Delivery
Transfer the designed solution to the implementation team
Provide technical oversight and ensure architectural consistency
Still actively cooperate on delivering solutions

Requirements
Technical Background
Strong overview of AI technologies (ML, LLMs, automation, data solutions, etc.)
Solid understanding of “classical” enterprise technologies
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of software architecture principles and integration patterns
Comfortable reading and understanding code (coding not required)
Experience working in agile environments
Professional Profile
Senior-level experience in solution design, technical consulting, or pre-sales
Strong communication skills (CZ/SK + English)
Ability to understand client signals, expectations, and constraints
Comfortable switching context across multiple parallel projects
Strong estimation and analytical skills
Structured thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-driven transformation projects
Background in banking, telco, or large enterprise environments
Experience with automation/process optimization initiatives
