Job description
Gather and document detailed information from clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Analyze collected information to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and present comprehensive recommendations to clients based on analysis.
Map and document business processes from end to end, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Create detailed diagrams and visual representations of process maps.
Identify opportunities for process automation and develop strategies to implement automation solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements
Ability to speak and write in English (B2)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
Experience with JIRA
