We’re seeking a motivated AI Prompt Engineer who wants to turn theoretical knowledge or software development skills into practical AI solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior AI engineers and business teams to design, test, and deploy AI workflows on our delivery platform. You’ll help bring real use cases to life—from prompt engineering and LLM integration to workflow automation and AI-driven features.
This is an ideal opportunity for developers or early-career AI practitioners who want to build strong, practical AI experience fast and see their work used in real business applications.

What you will do:

  • Implement AI use cases using prompting, workflow orchestration, and scripting.

  • Configure and test RAG/CAG and agent-based workflows using our internal platform components.

  • Prepare and transform structured/unstructured data for AI usage (common data engineering tasks).

  • Integrate AI services into existing tools and processes via APIs or automation scripts.

  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of AI behavior.

  • Contribute to documentation, demos, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

What you will bring

  • Hands-on experience with LLM prompting and common AI usage patterns.

  • Medium programming skills to process data, automate and integrate workflows.(e.g., Python, Java)

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment and iterate.

  • Ability to segment bigger problems into smaller, actionable steps.

  • Good communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English and Slovak or Czech.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to RAG, document processing, or chatbot/assistant implementations.

  • Interaction with enterprise environments, ticketing tools, or case/document systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI).

  • Understanding of API concepts, data formats, and workflow logic (JSON, REST, events, etc.).
