Job description
Join our team as a Senior AI Engineer, where you'll focus on training and empowering business teams with AI technologies. Your expertise in large language models will be crucial in developing training programs and guiding teams in the practical application of AI to enhance our product offerings. You'll also support business teams, including IT roles, to ensure they can deliver AI solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop training modules on advanced large language model (LLM) systems.
Provide comprehensive understanding of different LLM models, especially OpenAI models, to business teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead technical training initiatives related to LLMs, including system optimization and scalability improvements.
Conduct experiments to refine AI solutions, adapting them to specific industry needs.
Work collaboratively with product teams to integrate AI technologies into user-centric solutions.
Support business teams, including IT roles, in delivering AI solutions through hands-on guidance and expertise.
Contribute to research initiatives and share findings to enhance team knowledge.
Requirements
Expertise in developing and implementing RAG/CAG systems for complex data extraction and analysis.
Extensive experience with programming and data analysis tools.
Strong foundation in experimental design and a research-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Expertise in large language models and agentic platforms.
Experience in programming and AI modeling, with familiarity in AI frameworks.
Proven capability in AI projects, particularly involving natural language processing and machine learning applications.
Understanding of technical infrastructure in large corporations, especially AZURE environment.
Experience with knowledge sharing and upskilling
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a portfolio of deploying effective AI solutions.
