Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in the Czech market. 


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business by selling advanced solutions in software development, consulting, and AI transformation. Their target sectors will include banking, insurance, telecommunications, and manufacturing. 

This is a senior, hands-on role for a sales professional with a proven track record in complex solution selling and the ability to operate with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions, from prospecting to closing, primarily at the C-level (board/executive level) 

  • Independently create tailored sales proposals and pricing strategies in close cooperation with the delivery and technical teams 

  • Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients across the Czech Republic 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within existing accounts to support long-term growth and upselling opportunities 

  • Take ownership of market entry initiatives in the Czech Republic with limited support from headquarters 

  • Adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment with frequently shifting priorities and objectives 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales targeting corporate clients, especially in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, or manufacturing 

  • Demonstrated success in achieving annual sales targets in the range of €1–3 million, with clear, measurable results 

  • Strong background in selling sophisticated solutions-ideally in software, AI, consulting, or digital/business transformation 

  • Technical proficiency or background in IT, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable 

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing 

  • Existing industry contacts and relationships within the banking or insurance sectors are a significant advantage 

  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills-able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while not necessarily leading a team
