What you'll do:
As our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll take ownership of our revenue strategy and execution. You’ll lead our sales efforts across the Slovak and Czech markets, build and manage a small high-performing team, and directly contribute to ableneo’s growth trajectory. Our new team member will be part of ableneo board making important company's decisions.
Your key responsibilities:
Shape and execute ableneo’s go-to-market and sales strategy
Lead and coach our sales team across CZ & SK
Identify new business opportunities and key partnerships
Build strong relationships with mid-size and enterprise clients
Collaborate closely with our delivery, marketing, and leadership teams
Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate on what works (and what doesn’t)

You’ve successfully led B2B sales in IT, consulting, or tech services
You understand enterprise clients and how to sell value, not just hours
You enjoy both strategy and execution – and can jump into client calls or CRM reviews with the same energy
You’re fluent in English + Slovak or Czech
You’re entrepreneurial, structured, and genuinely care about outcomes
